By placing an order with PryntWallpapers, you agree to the terms listed below.

Product Information

PryntWallpapers sells custom peel and stick wallpaper murals made to fit customer-selected wall sizes. Our wallpaper is printed in panels and designed for smooth, clean, dry interior walls.

Product photos, mockups, and room images are used to show the design style and general appearance. Final scale, crop, layout, and colour may vary depending on the selected wall size, screen settings, lighting, and material texture.

Measurements

Customers are responsible for providing accurate wall measurements. Please measure the full width and height of your wall before ordering.

We recommend adding a small amount of extra material to account for wall unevenness, trimming, and installation adjustment.

PryntWallpapers is not responsible for orders produced using incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

Made to Order Production

All full wallpaper mural orders are made to order. Processing time is usually 5 to 10 business days before shipping, depending on order size, production volume, and design requirements.

Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Samples

Samples are recommended before ordering a full wallpaper mural. Samples are used to review material, colour, texture, and print quality. Samples do not show the full mural layout or final wall scale.

Installation

Wallpaper should only be applied to smooth, clean, dry, and properly painted surfaces. Wallpaper may not stick properly to rough, textured, dusty, dirty, damp, freshly painted, or poorly prepared walls.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all panels before installation. Once wallpaper has been cut, peeled, applied, installed, or altered, it is not eligible for return or refund unless there is a confirmed production error.

Shipping, Customs, and Duties

PryntWallpapers currently ships to Canada and the United States only.

Shipping is included unless otherwise stated at checkout. Customs, duties, and import charges for Canada and USA orders are covered by PryntWallpapers unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of Responsibility

PryntWallpapers is not responsible for installation mistakes, wall damage, paint damage, incorrect measurements, colour differences caused by screen settings, delays caused by shipping carriers, delays caused by customs, or issues caused by unsuitable wall surfaces.
