Return and Refund Policy

PryntWallpapers products are made to order and printed specifically for each customer based on the selected design, size, and wall dimensions.

Because our wallpaper murals are custom produced, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before production has started. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, returned, or exchanged.

Please review your order details carefully before purchasing, including wall measurements, selected size, design, shipping information, and any custom details.

Samples

We strongly recommend ordering a sample before purchasing a full wallpaper mural. Samples are intended to show material, colour, texture, and print quality only. Samples do not show the full mural layout or the final wall scale.

Colour and Scale

Colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, and material texture. Final mural scale, crop, and layout may vary depending on the selected wall size.

Installation and Wall Conditions

PryntWallpapers peel and stick wallpaper should only be applied to smooth, clean, dry, properly painted, and fully cured walls.

Wallpaper may not stick properly to rough, dusty, textured, uneven, dirty, damp, freshly painted, or poorly prepared walls.

Removal may affect weak, old, or poorly prepared paint.

PryntWallpapers is not responsible for installation mistakes, incorrect measurements, wall damage, paint peeling, textured walls, moisture issues, dirty surfaces, or wallpaper applied to unsuitable wall conditions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with clear photos of the packaging, shipping label, wallpaper panels, and issue.

If there is a confirmed production error, defect, or shipping damage, we will review the case and may offer a replacement, reprint, or other reasonable solution depending on the situation.

Installed, cut, peeled, applied, or altered wallpaper cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a confirmed production error.
