We currently ship to Canada and the United States only.

Orders are produced and shipped from Toronto, Canada.

Processing Time

Processing time is usually 5 to 10 business days before shipping. Processing time may vary depending on order size, production volume, and design requirements.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is included unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Tariffs

For Canada and USA orders, customs, duties, and import charges are covered by PryntWallpapers unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery Time

Shipping time depends on the destination, shipping carrier, customs processing, and local delivery conditions. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

PryntWallpapers is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping addresses, or other events outside our control.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. PryntWallpapers is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged Packages

Please check your package upon arrival. If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging, shipping label, and product before discarding anything.
